Exotic Pet and Reptile Care near Union, Plus Dogs and Cats
Union and Englewood are next-door neighbors, and Happy Paws & Claws Veterinary Clinic is only a few minutes away. We are a full-service animal clinic for dogs and cats, and one of the few clinics in the area where reptiles and small mammals are part of everyday care.
Exotic Pets Are Our Everyday Work
Our owner, Dr. Angela Melton, completed internships at the Fort Worth Zoo and the Australia Reptile Park, and she keeps leopard geckos and a bearded dragon herself. Union families bring us:
- Snakes, lizards, geckos, bearded dragons and turtles
- Rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, hamsters and sugar gliders
Many exotic pet problems start with diet, lighting, temperature or the enclosure, so we take time to talk through your setup. Bring photos of the habitat to your visit.
What an Exotic Pet Visit Costs
An exotic pet exam is $72. We go over any diagnostics and their costs with you before we do anything. Rabbit spay and neuter prices are listed on our pricing page.
Dogs and Cats Too
Of course, we also care for Union's dogs and cats, from wellness exams and vaccines to dental care and surgery.
